He raised his young family in Terrace then Prince George BC before moving south to Vancouver in 1986 after retiring from many years with Northwood Pulp Mill as a Chartered Accountant. Bill loved classical music, reading, and a good game of poker or crib. Special thanks to K. P. and the staff at Chalmers Lodge.  <br>Survived by his three daughters June (Brad Gilbert) Milliken, Karen (Brent) Sulentich, Lesley (Tom) Williams; six grandchildren Kevin, Graham, Chelsea, Brianna, Caitlyn and Nicole and also his two brothers Norman and Graham. Rene is survived by Gabrielle, his loving wife of 59 years, his sons Jacques (Birgit), Guy (Lynn) and Kenneth (Sue), three brothers, three sisters, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, with one still to arrive along with many nieces and nephews. <br>Rene always lived his life to he fullest and encouraged others around him to do the same.
