MILLIKEN: William Graham of Vancouver passed away in the Vancouver General Hospital on January 23rd, 2010 at the age of 80 years.
Bill was born in Paterson, New Jersey on November 8, 1929, grew up in Scotland, and immigrated to Canada in 1958. He raised his young family in Terrace then Prince George BC before moving south to Vancouver in 1986 after retiring from many years with Northwood Pulp Mill as a Chartered Accountant. Bill loved classical music, reading, and a good game of poker or crib. Special thanks to K. P. and the staff at Chalmers Lodge.
Survived by his three daughters June (Brad Gilbert) Milliken, Karen (Brent) Sulentich, Lesley (Tom) Williams; six grandchildren Kevin, Graham, Chelsea, Brianna, Caitlyn and Nicole and also his two brothers Norman and Graham. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505-Lillooet Road, North Vancouver on Friday, January 29th, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at the age of 79. He is survived by his loving wife Florence of 27 years; daughter Dorothy Angus (Brian) of North Vancouver and brother Herbert Stauffer (Unca) of Germany.
Friends and family may call for a time of visitation at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC on Monday, January 25th from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. A Farewell Service will be held on Tuesday, January 26th at 2:30 pm at the Lake Country Senior’s Centre, 9830 Bottom Woods Lake Road, Lake Country, BC.

Rene passed away peacefully on January 20, 2010 with his family by his side. Rene is survived by Gabrielle, his loving wife of 59 years, his sons Jacques (Birgit), Guy (Lynn) and Kenneth (Sue), three brothers, three sisters, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, with one still to arrive along with many nieces and nephews.
Rene always lived his life to he fullest and encouraged others around him to do the same. His spirit and his value of friendship, was exemplary of his life, which has now transcended into his continuing journey.
The memorial mass was officiated by his friend, Father Terry Brock at the Sacred Heart Parish in Terrace, BC on January 26th followed by a warm reception provided by the CWL.
The LeBlanc family would like to thank Dr. Fourie, the staff at Mills Memorial Hospital and Home Care Nurses and workers team for all of their emotional support and kindness throughout this difficult time.

Rene has now joined the host of saints who continue to support
and watch over us.

passed away peacefully on January 17, 2010 in White Rock B.C. at the age of 90 years.

Mina was predeceased by her husband Ric and is survived by her two daughters Marilyn (Grant) and Jaqueline, her son Brad (Helen), seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was born in Wynyard, Saskatchewan on August 21, 1919. Elmina and family moved to Terrace in 1960 after living in Prince Rupert and Vancouver. In Terrace, she worked as a Registered Nurse with Dr. Mills until his sudden death, and went on to work in the new hospital\'s operating room; she also helped to organize the local nurse\'s union.

She was dearly loved, and is missed by all who knew her.

Erik Brorup was born December 14, 1917 in Copenhagen Denmark, first child to Carl Brorup and Nina Brorup (nee Christiansen).
He is predeceased by his son Michael (1954), brother Knud (2006), and his sister Gyda Valeur (2009).
He is survived by his loving wife Grethe (nee Nielsen), daughters Marianne (Alan), Birgitte (Ron), Susanne (Harry) and Nina (Thomas), sister-in-law Gunvor (children Eva, Anja, Viggo) and nephew Lasse (Jette).
He served as an officer in Europe and later in the Canadian army and went on to become a bush pilot, flying instructor, school teacher and park ranger.
An avid outdoorsman, Erik was a cyclist, hiker and skier.
He and his wife Grethe moved to Terrace in 1969.
He passed away at Terraceview Lodge.
Erik Brorup leaves behind a large, devoted and loving family including his grand children Nina (Jeff), Michael (Maureen), Jennifer (Kirk), Mary (Trevor), Matthew (Joanne), Joelle (Dave), Conor, Scott, Sarah, Emma, Benjamin, Simon, Nikolas, Erika, Alex and great-grandchildren Sarah, Brittany, Madisen, Markus, Daniel, Elijah, Violet, Araya, Hyla, Bailey, Gracie, Simon and Abigail.

Gordon McRobb of Whitehorse, Yukon passed away on December 26, 2009 in Whitehorse General Hospital.

He was a WWII veteran serving in Europe and a former owner of Pine Park in Thornhill.

Gordon was predeceased by his youngest son Bruce in October, 2009 and is survived by Evelyn (his wife for 69 years), 3 sons - Donald of Terrace, Ronald of Edmonton and Gary of Whitehorse, 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many friends.

Gordon was born in Saskatchewan in 1922, he was a loving and caring husband and father and will always be missed.

Born in Dothan, Alabama to Dena and Marcus Cochran, Earl moved to Canada in 1962.
He is survived by his son James Cochran (Alexandria) Fraser Lake; daughter Dena Erlandson (Bob) Burns Lake; brothers Walter, Billy, Treadwell & Raymond; sisters Iva, Martha & Margaret; grandaughters Caeleen, Cherie & Aimee.
The funeral for Earl Cochran was held on January 6, 2010 at McKays Funeral Chapel in Terrace.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
