Ursula Leonie Wegner
Born April 28, 1928 in Berlin, Germany,
Passed away December 7, 2009 in Kitimat, BC
Ursula passed away peacefully at the Multi Level Care Unit in Kitimat.
She was predeceased by her husband Max Kurt Wegner and is survived by her two sons Steffan and Thomas; daughter-in-law Linda and two grandchildren, Kurtis (10) and Kaelin (6).
Ursula immigrated to Canada and settled in Kitimat with her husband Max, enjoying all the great adventures of a new and growing town. She loved life, flowers and music, especially opera.
A special thank you to the staff of Multi Level Care Unit and to Doctors Van der Westhuyzen, Van Wyk and Wahl.
There will be no service at this time but donations may be made to the Multi Level Care Unit on Ursula’s behalf.

Mary Elizabeth Jane Fraser(Grose)
Passed away suddenly at Kitimat General Hospital, on December 1, 2009 in her 69th year, after a short but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
She is survived by her daughter Doris (Richard Hubbard), Kitimat, BC; brother Paul (Barbara) Grose, Toronto, ON; grandsons Jordan and Nathen Hubbard, Kitimat, BC, Sherrie (David Little) Edson, AB and David Horne, Vancouver, BC.
Predeceased by her father Gerald Grose and mother Marion Brown of Belleville, ON and loving companion James Horne.
At her request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held December 8 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Kitimat, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Society, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.

Jim Provan passed away quietly Nov. 23, 2009 surrounded by his family.
He is pre-deceased by his wife Jeanie.
Jim leaves behind his sons Graham, Ian (Sheila); and daughter Janice (Fred); grandchildren Jeffery, Amanda (Colin), Luke, Christina, Nathan; great grandchildren Dianna and Ronan; and brothers and sisters in Scotland and Toronto, ON.
Jim was a very generous, fun loving man with great warmth. He immigrated to Canada from Scotland in 1966 with his wife and three young children. He enjoyed his scotch and Guinnes stout.
There will be no service,
therefore we ask all who knew him to please lift a glass and make a toast to Jim.

Left behind to mourn Mimmo are his children Brad, Nick and Mikayla; his father Amerigo; brothers Angelo and Tony (Jennifer); sister Anna (Terry); nieces and nephews Kim, Greg (Robyn), Cory (Lisa), Bianca, Christopher and Mia.
Mimmo was predeceased by his mother Francesca, October 3, 2009.
The moment that you died our hearts were torn in two,
one side filled with heartache,the other died with you.
We often lie awake at night,
when the world is fast asleep,
and take a walk down memory lane,
with tears upon our cheeks.
Remembering you is easy, we do it everyday,
but missing you is heartache that never goes away.
We hold you tightly within our hearts
and there you will remain.
The family would like to thank all for the flowers, cards, food and kind words, but most of all for the hugs.

From Life to Eternal Life
Loving you is easy,
We do it every day.
Missing you is a heartache,
That will never go away.
Left to mourn with broken hearts are Arek’s beloved parents, Emilia and Andrzej; sister Daria (Aaron); niece Jaidyn; along with many more family members in Poland and England. Arek will also be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his endless circle of friends.
The Rejczak Family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Lombard and the staff at KGH Emergency for their efforts in trying to save Arek.

June 2, 1945 - November 1, 2009
We would like to announce the passing of Bert Lambert to his eternal rest with the Lord on November 1, 2009.
After much illness he is at peace and leaves behind his wife Patricia (Pat) of 45 years; a daughter, Frances (Dave) and her children Amanda and Josh; a son, Paul and his children Levi and Cole; a great grandchild, Jake and a second great grandchild due in December; three brothers Wilfred (Josie), Richard, and Herb (Lena). Bert loved his family and enjoyed seeing and talking with each one.
Bert is predeceased by his parents, sister Vivian and brother Rene.
Bert was born in St. Laurent, Manitoba to Oscar and Mae Doris. He lived and worked in Manitoba as a cabinet maker. Mantioba is where he met and married Pat and raised their two children. In 1969, his family moved to BC, and he started working for Alcan in 1977.
Bert loved baseball caps and hunting. Although not always a great hunter he enjoyed the outdoors and being with friends.
Many of Bert’s friends and extended family will miss him and his sense of humour.
Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.
The Lambert family would like to thank Dr. Kay, Dr. Skully and the nursing staff at KGH for the care given to Bert during his illness.
A memorial service in Bert’s honour will be held Tuesday, November 10 at 1:30 pm at the Mountain View Alliance Church.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Bert’s name.
